We had a fantastic stay at this budget accommodation on a quiet hill. the location was perfect, being dead on the crest of the hill and conveniently close to the town center. the room was clean and spacious, with fluffy towels and clean sheets. the bathroom had a hairdryer and provided shampoo. the service was great, with the owner promptly addressing any issues we had. the breakfast included croissants, juice, and Weetbix. the room had a separate bedroom from the lounge area, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the sun. the parking right outside made it easy to carry our belongings into the room. the facilities included a sandwich maker/grill, microwave, and washing up items.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better.

The apartment at Waldeck Heights is just amazing! The city views from the terrace are absolutely stunning. I felt like I was on top of the world, sipping my morning coffee and taking in the breathtaking scenery. The seating area is cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. And the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for me to cook my own meals and save some money on dining out. the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Personally, I found the DVD player in the apartment a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my preference.

I really appreciated being able to communicate personally with the owner, Martin. He was accessible, friendly, and responded promptly to messages. the apartment itself was welcoming, sunny, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. One thing I particularly liked was that it was self-contained, allowing me to cook meals instead of buying takeaways. the unit even had extra food which was a nice touch. it was a comfortable and affordable accommodation option, and I would definitely stay there again. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 👍.

The location was excellent, with the beach and shops within easy walking distance. the size of the property was also a plus, as it provided ample space for our needs. the owner was very attentive and responsive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable.

the cleanliness of the unit was not up to scratch, with dust, sand, and hair found in various areas upon our arrival. We had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning the unit ourselves.
